Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C#, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve development processes.
  • Design and implement custom applications and integrations.
  • Configure and implement CRM software solutions and support HubSpot-related data flows.
  • Work with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure accurate data management.
  • Drive accountability across development, support, and production operations.
  • Coordinate technical delivery across teams and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related computer discipline, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using C#.
  • 5+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft technologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience and 3+ years as an SME developing custom applications and integrations using .NET Standard, .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, ASPX Web Forms, and REST API.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SQL Server databases using ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and complex SQL queries.
  • 5+ years of experience designing front-end applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
  • Experience configuring and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions.
  • Experience with data sources, APIs, and integration tools in the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Broad understanding of SDLC concepts and system design, including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and SOAP.
  • Proven experience with data management and governance best practices, including privacy and consent.
  • Experience with Agile development processes is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, coordinating cross-functional delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving accountability across development, support, and production operations.

  • Salary range of $110,400 to $119,600.
