Description

  • Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and future evolution of the portfolio.
  • Guide the design and modernization of enterprise cloud, DevSecOps, platform, AI/ML, and Zero Trust capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Management, technical leads, and government stakeholders to shape roadmaps and architectural decisions.
  • Mentor engineering leaders and senior technical teams while ensuring delivery of scalable, resilient solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer leadership and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Improve platform health, reliability, operational workflows, and internal engineering excellence.
  • Identify technical bottlenecks and architect scalable solutions that improve mission efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the program’s areas of responsibility and technical leads in translating requirements into phased architectural milestones.
  • Support business development, technical solutioning, capture activities, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Operate effectively in Agile and SAFe environments, including PI planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale architecture, platform engineering, or modernization initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, platform services, AI/ML, or Zero Trust solutions at scale.
  • Experience operating across multiple classification domains, including IL5 to IL6+, simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and influence technical direction.
  • Experience developing enterprise technical architecture and visual system designs, including integration diagrams, operational views, and DoDAF-aligned documentation.
  • Strong leadership experience mentoring senior engineers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and executive stakeholders on strategy, roadmap priorities, and platform evolution.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with government or enterprise customer stakeholders and work with senior technical counterparts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting business development, technical solutioning, capture activities, proposals, or strategic growth initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments, including PI planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
  • Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $250,000 to $375,000.
