Description

  • Set the technical direction for the venture and own execution as a co-founder.
  • Write the first production code and establish the core architecture, data model, engineering culture, and security posture.
  • Build the browser extension, endpoint agent, 15-minute refresh pipeline, and zero-content-retention design.
  • Ship the discovery layer with design partners and deliver the U×P×V measurement framework with GitHub/Jira correlation.
  • Release GA v1 with governance controls aligned to EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
  • Build and ship the governed AI access hub and a vertical specialization within 18 months.
  • Represent the company to CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CFOs, security teams, and investors.
  • Lead SOC 2 Type II readiness and ensure the platform meets enterprise requirements for auditability, tenant isolation, and data residency.
  • Recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural and technical foundation in partnership with FutureSight and the incoming CEO co-founder.

Requirements

  • Prior founder, founding engineer, or early-stage technical leadership experience.
  • Experience shipping data-intensive, multi-tenant SaaS products into enterprise production.
  • Experience working with enterprise buyers such as CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs.
  • Full-stack confidence across browser extensions, endpoint agents, high-throughput event ingestion, real-time analytics, applied LLMs, and secure multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Experience with SOC 2, tenant isolation, audit logging, and data residency requirements.
  • Strong understanding of telemetry design and privacy-preserving instrumentation.
  • Ability to operate as a principal in a venture-backed co-founding role.
  • Strongly preferred: background in enterprise observability, FinOps, security analytics, or governance/GRC.
  • Strongly preferred: experience shipping browser extensions or endpoint agents at enterprise scale and applied LLM evaluation experience.
  • Strongly preferred: familiarity with EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
