Description

  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks for critical service layers using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Build and evolve automated test suites across UI, mobile, and API surfaces.
  • Validate asynchronous and real-time messaging systems, including MQTT and WebSockets.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD test pipelines in GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Use Docker to support containerized test execution.
  • Correlate service logs across distributed systems to triage failures and confirm bug resolutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead bug triage and technical discussions.
  • Pilot and apply AI tools to improve testing efficiency and delivery speed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of SDET experience focused on enterprise-scale software development and automated testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience with test runners such as Mocha.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Appium for Android automation.
  • Deep experience testing GraphQL and Pub/Sub interfaces such as MQTT, WebSockets, or SSE.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, container registries, and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze logs and trace errors across multiple services.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills for cross-functional bug triage.
  • Experience with AI tools for software delivery or testing acceleration is preferred.
